Our founder, Aimee Segall is a talent acquisition expert with years of experience in HR and recruitment, saw firsthand how businesses—especially those with limited resources struggle to reach qualified, mission-driven professionals. Rather than relying on outdated hiring methods or expensive staffing firms, HiringSky offers a smarter, more flexible approach.
We specialize in job promotion events, targeted talent sourcing, and recruitment support that helps organizations attract top candidates efficiently and affordably. About Our Founder
HiringSky was founded by Aimee Segall, a dedicated talent strategist with experience in both the nonprofit, corporate, and tech sectors. Her work has supported mission-driven organizations across New York City as well as growing startups seeking scalable, values-aligned teams.
Aimee is a two-time U.S. software inventor, having co-developed innovative hiring and engagement tools that emphasize accessibility, automation, and equity in recruitment. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the CUNY School of Professional Studies in Human Relations, and her career reflects a deep commitment to helping organizations hire with purpose and clarity.
With a rare blend of technical insight and human-centered hiring expertise, Aimee launched HiringSky to make recruitment smarter, simpler, and more inclusive for small businesses and nonprofits. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, concerts, and walking her dog, Pucci.
